Piper Accounting Solutions PLC has been offering insight and expertise in individual and small business tax solutions for over 16 years. Specializing in tax preparation and planning and small business solutions such as payroll services and QuickBooks implementation. Piper Accounting Solutions has a staff large enough to handle all your business needs, but not so big you are just another tax filing.
Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Felisha is the passionate founder of Piper. With a master’s degree in taxation and credentials as an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, she brings expertise and dedication to her work.
Beyond her professional life, Felisha is an avid plant lover, devoted dog mom, and enthusiastic reader. She finds joy in traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing live music. Her diverse interests and deep-rooted knowledge make her a dynamic leader at Piper, committed to providing exceptional service with a personal touch.
Maryann joined Piper Accounting in February 2024, bringing with her over 30 years of client service experience from her time at a nonprofit organization. Her dedication to helping others and her wealth of knowledge in client relations make her a valuable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Maryann likes spending time with her family and is passionate about cooking, gardening, and cheering on her Philadelphia Eagles, especially when they win Super Bowls! Her strong work ethic and positive attitude shine both in and out of the office. With a deep commitment to service, she continues to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

A native Tucsonan, Michael Rosenthal has deep roots in the community he loves. Recently celebrating 25 wonderful years of marriage to his wife, Venisha, he takes great pride in the life they’ve built together—including raising their daughter, Ava, who is now a freshman at Northern Arizona University.
Michael has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, which led him to launch his latest business venture—a mobile bar cart, bringing craft cocktails and unique experiences to every event. A true whiskey aficionado, he appreciates the art of a perfectly poured drink and enjoys sharing his passion with others.
Whether he’s exploring new whiskey blends, cheering on Ava’s college journey, or bringing his signature charm to his business, Michael embodies dedication, community, and craftsmanship in everything he does.
Danira Arcos

Danira Arcos is a dedicated and detail-oriented full-charge bookkeeper, bringing an extensive background in bookkeeping to the team. Originally from Hermosillo, Sonora, she is fluent in both Spanish and English and is continuously expanding her linguistic skills—studying English in depth as well as Italian in her spare time.
Committed to professional growth and maintaining the highest level of integrity in her work, Danira is quickly becoming a vital member of the team. Beyond numbers and ledgers, she finds joy in gardening and unwinding with friends, embracing a balance of precision and relaxation in both her career and personal life.
Bubba & Jack Jack

Meet Bubba and Jack Jack, the four-legged members of the Piper family! Bubba, a charming mini-Schnauzer, is the wise and observant one—always keeping an eye on things and making sure everyone stays on schedule (especially when it comes to treats). Jack Jack, the energetic mini-Aussie, is the playful adventurer, full of curiosity and always ready for the next big fun moment.
Together, they bring endless joy, tail wags, and a little bit of mischief to every day. Whether they’re lounging in the sun, demanding belly rubs, or providing moral support during tax season, Bubba and Jack Jack are an essential part of the team!
