Position is full time. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Pay Scale: $20-25 per hour to start, DOE. Possibility of pay increase at 90-day review.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision – Company pays 50%
This person works directly with other bookkeeping staff and tax staff. They are responsible for bookkeeping policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate records and reports for assigned clients. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be assigned clients as appropriate depending on experience
- Responsible for maintaining books and client relations with clients they are assigned
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet
- Keep track of client assets.
- Generate 1099’s and W-2’s.
- Prepare monthly TPTs for clients.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- REQUIRED – minimum of 3-5 years bookkeeping experience including account reconciliation, chart of accounts knowledge, general journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and financial reports is required.
- REQUIRED – 3-5 years QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online experience. Will be required to pass bookkeeping assessment at time of interview.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing payroll accounting transactions and payroll returns.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- REQUIRED – Strong organizational skills are vital for this position.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
- Must be coachable and trainable.
- Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
