Frequently Asked Tax Questions

 As tax season gets into full swing, we wanted to shoot out a quick FAQ to keep you informed and up to date!

What date do I need to submit my paperwork by in order to have enough time to get my taxes completed?

We need all tax documents no later than April 5th to be able to complete them by the deadline, which is April 18th. As a general rule of thumb, we ask for 2 weeks processing time to complete your return once we get ALL documents needed from you.

 

What time can I drop off my tax documents? Do I need an appointment?

You are welcome to drop off documents Monday-Thursday from 9:00-5:00- You do not need an appointment to drop off documents. If you would like to drop off outside of business hours, please utilize our mail slot (please package your documents in an envelope) and your documents will be collected!

 

What email should I use to upload documents via Encyro?

Please ONLY send documents to info@piperaccounting.com– otherwise, they will not be received.

 

Who should I contact if I have questions about uploading forms?

Please contact our Office Coordinator at (520) 297-7676 if you have ay questions about dropping off, or uploading your tax documents.

 

Where do I go for my appointment or to drop off documents?

Come see us at 5671 North Oracle Road, Suite 1105, Tucson, AZ, 85704. Please note we are no longer located in Suite 1101!

 

When can I schedule my tax appointment?

We have appointments available Tuesday-Thursday. We are also now offering Saturday appointments to better serve our clients!
